Shipping Policy: Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 days of receiving a cleared payment. Ace Guitar Shop ships all orders via UPS or FedEx Ground to your destination. Appropriate insurance is automatically added to your order. All handling charges are included in our flat rate ship fee. Other shipping services may be employed when appropriate. Faster shipping is available only by special request. To upgrade your shipping, contact us by email or phone and give us your order number. We can upgrade your shipping to UPS-FedEx 2-day or 3-day at extra charge. Tracking information will be provided to insure safe delivery of your item.We ship only within the Continental United States using the flat rate fees quoted for items on this site. International customers are welcome to contact us for overseas orders. An adjusted shipping fee will be provided for all overseas inquiries/purchases. We do not ship to P.O.Box, AFO or APO. Customs: Ace Guitar Shop is not responsible to collect or calculate any Taxes or Duties outside of the United States of America. If you are an overseas customer your purchase may be subject to local VAT's. It is the purchaser's responsibility to obtain information on Tariffs, Duties or Taxes that may or may not be assessed on their respective purchase. Return Policy: Ace Guitar Shop strives for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase we want to know about it. Contact us by email or phone. We have a 15 day return policy. Upon receiving your order should you find it necessary to return any merchandise it must be done within 15 days of the shipping date of your merchandise. Ace Guitar Shop only accepts returns made within the first 15 days of shipment. We must receive the merchandise back in the same condition as you received it complete with all components including the warranty card, certificates, owners manual and/or other components thereof, whereupon we will give you a refund, full credit or exchange, as applicable. A restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price is levied on any returns. Specialty, sale, custom orders and digital products are non-refundable. Shipping costs are not refundable. Ace Guitar Shop assumes no liability under this return policy if the product purchased has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or modification of the original unit or any part thereof. Ace Guitar Shop assumes no liability under this return policy for any damages, either general, consequential, accidental or incidental, which might arise from the use of the product by any person. Refunds given at our discretion. Proper authorization must be obtained from Ace Guitar Shop before returning any merchandise. Items must be returned in original packaging without signs of use, abuse or intentional damage. Refund will be given as: Credit Back to your charge/debit card.
